Terms & Conditions

1. Participant agrees to receive Oakley®’s communications featuring but not limited to new products, athlete news, and exclusive deals.

2. This participation is only open to participants residing in Malaysia. Oakley® reserves the right to alter or vary the terms and conditions, or the programmed due to any circumstances beyond their control.

3. Participants grant Oakley® the right to use their entry details for Oakley®’s own business purposes and publicity usage.

4. Participant is responsible for obtaining approvals, authorizations, and permissions from any third party in relation to the Images or video content submitted to Oakley® by the Participant. Oakley® accepts the submitted Images and/or videos as owned by participants and any credit mention will only be to the Participant.

5. Oakley® may edit these images or videos at its own discretion that serves the purpose of this community activity and in accordance with the ordinary course of its business.

6. All submission details to Oakley® will be kept confidential in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

7. Oakley® selects the contents for feature, based on its own discretion, in random and is not disputable. Selected content may be featured in, but not limited to the following of Oakley Digital platforms, namely, Oakley Asia Facebook Page, Oakley® Community Channel in Telegram and Oakley® Websites.

8. Oakley® reserves the right to limit and reject any participant’s submission.

9. Oakley® will only contact participant’s whose entries are being selected for feature on Oakley®’s Digital platforms.

10. Oakley® may request for participants to post on participant’s own social platform/s the story he/she provided in an aligned schedule. In such case, Oakley® will request for participant’s social account/s to be converted to public during that period if it was not already public.

11. Oakley® shall not be held responsible for death or personal injury, or any loss or damage caused by the negligence of their contractors, sub-contractors or agents.
